Pasta Salad

This is the best pasta salad.  I love it.  It keeps in the refrigerator for about 4 to 5 days and it serves as a meal or as a side dish.

Changes that I make – I do not add cheese.  I add cheese right before serving.  I have used feta, reduced fat feta, parmesan cheese, and cheddar cheese.

You can add a variety of vegetables depending on your preferences.  (I have omitted the onions and used green onions.  Other ideas are cucumbers, radishes, or cauliflower.  All of these suggestions  in any combination work in this salad)
