Slow Cooker Baked Beans

2 large cans of pork and beans

1/2 lb cooked bacon

1 can crushed pineapple

3 tblsp Worcestershire sauce

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup ketchup

1 medium onion, chopped

1 green pepper, chopped

3 to 4 drops liquid smoke

Add all ingredients to a 6 qt crock pot and cook for 4 to 6 hours.
