2 lbs stew meat

1 cup chopped onion (I use less)

1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of golden mushroom soup

1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup

1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper

3 ounces cream cheese

Combine soups, mushrooms (optional), and pepper, add beef, and onion.  Place in a 4 1/2 quart slow cooker, cover and cook on low heat for 4 to 6 hours.  Stir in Sour cream and cream cheese.  Let sit in crock-pot for approximately 30 minutes.  Serve over rice or egg noodles.
