Corn Chowder

5 potatoes peeled and cubed

1 onion chopped

2 cups diced ham

3 stalks clelery, chopped

2 cans whole kernel corn / or creamed corn – undrained

4 cups of chicken broth

Combine 2 cups chicken broth and seasonings.  Place the chicken broth mixture along with the next 5 ingredients into a 5 qt crockpot.  There are still a lot of kinks in this recipe.  I added ground sage, kosher salt, chopped carrots, and had to make a rue.   More information to come…..
